Agent Studio is a desktop creative production workspace for making product and marketing videos. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to the terms below.

The service

Agent Studio provides tools for creating projects from your application, brand assets, media, compositions, music, and scripts. You are responsible for reviewing generated and exported work before publishing.

Your content and authorization

You confirm that you own or are authorized to use the product, brand, logos, and any other materials you send us, and you authorize us to capture, record, and feature them solely to produce your video. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims in your script.

Deliverables and ownership

You retain ownership of the materials you provide and the creative work you make with the product, subject to the licenses of third-party assets or connected services you use.

Payment

Pricing is as quoted for your project. Production begins after the agreed deposit or payment is received. See the refund policy for details.

Acceptable use

We do not produce videos that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that promote harmful or prohibited content.
